11/10, would/have recommended.Recently clearing out our spare bedroom as my youngest turns one in new year and need space for her nursery.Found x2 mid range watches in the process I hadn’t worn for 5 years, so decided to sell them.Went to several of the big name branches, only to be greeted by rude staff and below average estimates for my pieces. Expecting me to have them serviced etc prior to selling, even though they only needed new batteries.Was suggested by a colleague to visit Rounds, and although it wasn’t my local store I’m so glad I made the journey. Laura was lovely, gave me a decent price for my items and you get a real family business vibe from the place as you walk in.Won’t hesitate to come again if I uncover any other hidden gems during our refurb!Thanks guys!

I have dealt with this company for a number of years now and bought a number of laptops from them, and sold them a few things too, and always get a good deal. They sell some very nice and interesting things. All the staff and the boss Gary are great to deal with.

Absolutely amazing service, phone arrived less than 24 hours later from there location to Wales.. immaculate condition and a bargain price.. will be advising all friends and family to buy from this shop.. astounding customer service amazing prices, literally 0 faults.

Excellent communication and very quick shipment

Wouldn't hesitate to shop with this store again, bought a gold sovereign ring on line so had to buy from pictures. He sent more pictures to me so I could get a better description. Gave me a discount and sent it first class recorded and insured. Great comunication though out the transaction. Big thumbs up from me.

Such helpful, genuine and friendly people. I had seen an item in the window at the Dudley branch, but wanted to buy it as a surprise gift, so couldn't buy it that particular day. I only thought about it a couple of weeks later, so decided to contact Rounds via their Facebook message service. My message was vague, as I could only make a rough description of what I wanted, and wasn't even sure if it would still be in stock. Even so, I received an instant, friendly reply.I was told that as soon as the shop reopened on the Monday morning, they would take some photos and send them to me, of anything that seemed to fit my description. As promised, I was sent a photo of exactly what I wanted.I was unable to pick up the item until Wednesday after work, but the item was kindly reserved for me, and I was even told that they would keep the shop open for a little longer than the official opening hours, in case I hit traffic on the way, etc.I got there, and it was a perfect and easy transaction.In a world where everything is becoming so impersonal, I was really made to feel special, nothing to was too much trouble for them. I was treated like I was someone known to them, not just a member of the public.I really will recommend to any of you who are interested in anything to do with Rounds.Thank you SO much.
