I love Tanya to bits, having known Tanya for ages. Phillippa’s really nice, so is the other lady who works there (can’t remember though) So I won’t go anywhere else to get any piercings done.

The lady who did my eyebrow piercing was so easy to talk to, really lovely and made the whole experience enjoyable. She spoke to me about her own eyebrow piercing, and it was so nice. The lady who gave us our forms to sign and spoke to me about different jewellery and ways to heal stubborn piercings, which was so informative and helpful!Amazing overall, already planning to be back to have jewellery changed over!

What a wonderful place! On my third attempt to get a piercing in the correct position on my ear lobe - FINALLY, someone knows how to measure and pierce the centre of my ear lobe! Friendly, pleasant and professional staff and a variety of products to choose from. I WILL return for more piercings because I know that I will get perfection and a high standard of service. Well done The Metal Guru ladies!

I cannot thank Tanya & Phil enough for accommodating me today. I'm a wheelchair user, so couldn't get upstairs. They set up a clean area downstairs just for me, & were incredibly helpful & made sure I was happy with everything. Thank u again. I am super happy with my new nose piercing ❤❤

I had a nose piercing piece of jewellery changed and a 2nd set of old ear piercings opened plus new studs!!!!!! Wudnt go anywhere else, fantastic lasses & service 5☆ as always
