Absolutely appalling service - only one till open with queue extending down the aisles. Any other supermarket would not allow customers to wait so long.

Friendly staff but for me Iceland have priced themselves out of the market and I know they have 3 for £10 offers on but I like many others don't want or have the freezer space to buy in bulk so I now shop elsewhere. Remember folkes your money your chiloice you have the power.

Martini £12.49,, £8.50 in ocado, £10.50 sainsburys and morrisons, £10in asda. And most grocery items are more expensive also, what's going on with this company it's lost it completely
