Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and first British afternoon tea. I think this is a great option for visitors who want to their first afternoon experience. There are many options throughout the city, and they can get quite pricey. The Mad Hatter Afternoon Tea is reasonably priced, and you can make it as fancy or casual as you desire since there is no dress code. Though the platter looks small, it is definitely filling! If you find yourself desiring more, the sandwiches can be replenished. My favorite thing was actually the cute little chocolate carrot pot on the top dessert tray, scones, and the dedication to the Alice in Wonderland theme. Oh, and the drinks from the bar are great! Customer service was fabulous. Thank you for having us.

Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Myself, wife and mother-in-law are visiting the UK for our first time. We wanted to do an afternoon tea experience and Mad Hatters tea was the best experience. Our server, Lay was excellent. He explained the entire process to us and was very attentive to our questions and provided us refills on our items we ordered. Lay was very polite and pleasant as well. We would recommend this tea place. Thank you again.

Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Flavio was a wonderful host, and the whole experience was just magical. The food was delicious, and very, very plentiful. If you're in this area in London, and even if you're not, travel in and make the journey. It is absolutely worth it. The whole staff was lovely and kind ☺️ High praise ❤️☕

Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Fun experience and would recommend! 55 pounds per adult + 35 pounds per child flat rate (a little less expensive than other places we looked at). Our servers, Sanyogita and were so courteous even when one of us dealt with a bloody nose for a full hour and had to sit outside (leading to us occupying our table for a whopping 4 hours). They explained the entire menu to us (untraveled, under poised Americans) which was very kind. Tried the vegetarian and normal menus; both were delicious. The tea choices were lovely. The only item we disliked was the tomato sandwich. Probably won’t do it again, since we are broke uni students, but would recommend for first timers!

Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Great concept for a unique tea in a city full of tea options. Cute dishes in a great courtyard, and there was so much beautifully prepared food. Generally traditional foods with a twist - they even offered additional sandwiches, but i couldn't finish the original portion. Service was excellent, insisted on trying multiple teas for the full experience. Would totally recommend!

Mad Hatters Afternoon Tea
Flavio was a great server! The sandwiches were ok, the scones were delicious, and the desserts were ok. We really enjoyed the tea. The atmosphere was pleasant. It was my daughters birthday and he brought her a lovely cake and candle. The tea set was adorable.
