I am delighted with the lamp repair from this shop. I was hesitant to entrust the very old Chinese jar lamp I inherited from my mother to anyone, but the fitting had broken. Andy has completely replaced the fitting and rewired it and I'm so happy with the repair, also love the new silk shade I bought from the shop to go with.

Can't recommend highly enough! We are in the middle of a big house renovation and were so stuck with the lighting aspect. I have spent hours on various websites looking through, assuming that local suppliers won't have as many options or what we wanted. I couldn't have been more wrong. Dan and the team were so helpful and we truly felt that they really cared about helping us find the right solution. Dan gathered loads of options for us and we went into the showroom to have a look through everything and finally we found the perfect lights for our kitchen. They are so friendly yet so professional and made us feel so looked after. I am not only over the moon about not having to spend hours searching anymore, but also because they are a local company who really do care about their customers. If you want excellent customer service and quality lighting then Sussex Lighting is the place to go.Have used twice and been very impressed. Second time, we ordered 4 lights, sadly one had a fault which we discovered when installing. This was 3 days before Christmas. A replacement arrived the next day. Had a scratch in the finish, No problem another replacement arrived the next day the 24th.Although better this had a minor flaw in the finish. We now have a perfect replacement and am very impressed with the service received. All the replacements came direct from the supplier, so no fault with Sussex Lighting. Very happy with the product and totally overawed by the service.
