I get my motorhome MOT here .The place is well run friendly and the staff are happy to share good advice.

My wife and I have taken our cars here for MOT's since moving to Bury 5 years ago, always had great service.My car developed a rough idle,  especially on a cold start so I took it in. Got a call back the same day to say it was an issue with the DPF and they have fixed it.I was allowed to take the car away and run it for a week just to make sure it worked correctly before payment.Great price, great service, highly recommended.

My dad has always used this garage for a number of years now, so decided to give them a go recently for a couple of MOT's. The owner is extremely helpful and accommodating. And very friendly. To get honest, he did get me out of a pickle as I had no MOT and hadn't realised and needed to tax my car. He fitted me in super quick and had it sorted for me in no time at all. We couldn't fault the service we were given and cost wise also great. All in all a very positive visit and I would return without hesitation

My partner has used this garage for years, for repairs and MOTs and has never had an issue or complaint... only compliments. They explain everything and have gone out of their way to help save money. My water pump failed and the RAC took me there, the RAC man said that they recommend Westbury and gave it a really good recommendation... Must be why there's always a wait to get your car booked in!

MOT customer. First time. We had purchased a 12 plate Fiat 500 which we were pleased with. It had 6 months MOT on it so we took the chance. When the car was due for the first MOT with us we took it to our local garage, Westbury.From the initial walking into the garage I was put at ease by their attitude and knowledge and this feeling lasted until I paid. These guys are excellent at what they do and most importantly they are HONEST. I advised that I could hear knocking from the NSF of the car and that it could possibly fail. Well, the car passed and the price was reasonable even with a Bosch windscreen wiper needing to be bought. They kept me up to date and even said just turn up with the car for retest if needed and we'll fit you in.I will certainly be using Westbury from now on as I feel they are very customer oriented and represent good value for your money. I have nothing negative to report at all.Edit:Used again for the second time and Westbury remain excellent in what they do. The MOT was the maximum permitted charge (£54) but it is definitely worth it for the customer service experience. Car dropped off at 9am and done and collected by midday. Excellent!
