Food didn't taste right . The capital spare rips were little inch cubes of bone and rubber no meat and raw onion floating in the sauce was disgusting . When I called and complained they basically said I was wrong. Food got binned the small bit I ate has given me a belly ache beware

We all think this is the best takeaway in Bury St Edmunds. The food is always good quality and there's plenty of it! Staff are very friendly and helpful--they even took the time to mark all the gluten free dishes on their menu and then post it to me, which was greatly appreciated.Food is delivered in insulated bags (no you can't keep them!) so even though we are out of town, the food arrives hot.We have never been disappointed with our takeaway and can recommend East Ocean unreservedly.

Truly the best Chinese in Bury. Delicious food and excellent service. Ordered at a peak time on Friday evening and was given an estimated 60 minute wait time for delivery - 15 minutes later our food arrived! I also accidentally overpaid in cash and the driver came back to return the extra £20. I was so pleased with that level of honesty. It feels awesome to support a local business who are great at what they do. ☺️ Thank you!

The food smelt gone off and was rancid. It was ready far too quickly meaning it was probably microwaved having being sat there for God knows how long going off and fermenting. I would Certainly not eat this food again, EVER!

Very very impressed with this Chinese food place. They took my order over the phone and I paid by card. It was an easy transaction. The food promptly arrived before the time it was supposed to, which was a pleasant surprise. Everything was well made and arrived hot. I will definitely be ordering from here again in the future and also suggesting this Chinese to other friends and family too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely terrible place.... went in for two pancake rolls and the guy picked up two stale old things off the side fried them really hot for 30 secs and handed them to me.... raw inside, burnt outside, and refused to refund!!!! Avoid at all cost!!!!!

I was lucky to find this place.Easy to order. Food is great. Hot and sour Soup is fantastic. BBQ mixed meats on rice is as traditional as you get and every bit as good as China Town in soho.I got lucky to find this gem.The lady behind the counter never forgets a name!

I live in a village and they deliver! Food always way more than expected and is always hot on arrival and to me very good. Have been ordering for a few years now, not often, but the food always arrives on time and the deliverers are always pleasant, helpful and a smile always helps. So thank you East Ocean

Was soggy felt like it was microwaved raw chicken was slimy and gooey ever so greasy and oily and way over priced very disgusting very disappointing won’t be ordering here again
