Welba Construction Ltd weren’t just good they were outstanding!After a bad luck with two previous builders who made completed mess of my bathroom. Welba just saved us. An enormous and welcome relief to work with a team that are professional, reliable and not only good at their jobs but a pleasure to have in my home.Fully refurbished bathroom: new plumbing, plastering, bricklaying, French doors were installed, new tiles laid.Really happy with the results. I would highly recommend them for any job. Can’t wait until my next project!

New Bifold Doors and External DeckJuly 2023We commissioned Welba to complete the detailed design for opening up a south facing room on to an external deck in spring 2023.The work was carried by a small team of 3 who focused on our project for a 3 week period, they were skilled in their approach, always on time and careful not to disturb the running of our house or neighbours.The works were supervised on a daily basis by the owner of Welba, Amos Valiuska, to check quality and kept us wellInformed of any actions decisions required. The project was finished on time and on budget.We are delighted with the outcome and are enjoying the afternoon and evening sunshine.

Not really a review writer, but on this occasion I think I must share my experiences I had with Welba ConstructionsFew year back I have decided to buy my next house which required full renovation. I think a lot of people are full of enthusiasm when buying something where they can leave their own signature.Well I was definitely the one. My thinks, what a great idea, I can make everything just the way I like…This is where all started. Found a building company who costed the job up and we have agreed on the start date, which was three or four months.We get to the start day – no answer on the phone, a week later still no answer, three weeks later – still no answer.So I have just wasted five months and no work done. This scenario happened to my twice before I have found Welba Constructions.At the start I was slightly sceptical, only because I’ve been let down twice and 10 months with nothing done on my house.Welba Constructions was like a fresh breath of air. Extremely professional view on pricing the job up. No day rates etc. everything is based on sq. meters so it gave me a full control on my finances.Also I was very impressed with broad spectrum of work they can do. They’ve done all the walls from plaster boarding to paint finish to high end quality, fitting the skirting boards, doors, kitchen furniture and the list goes on.They have even managed to fit large profile ceramic tiles in my bathroom and when I say large profile - they were 2400mm x 1200mmThe house looks amazing and it all thanks to Welba ConstructionsYou are more than welcome to contact me if you need any more info on Welba construction work

Amos and the team at Welba did a fantastic job with our new kitchen and ground floor redesign. The team were reliable, hard-working and always left the site in good, tidy condition at the end of the working day. Amos was responsive and helpful and quick to resolve any inevitable issues throughout the project, and we have been left very pleased with the high quality of the finished product. I’d have no hesitation in recommending Welba or using them again in the future.

My boiler was down , they came very quickly and ordered a new one which was fitted in a day , the plumber only stopped for one cup of coffee all day a real grafter , I wouldn’t hesitate to use again , very professional !!

Welba recently completed a concrete outdoor steps project. The work was completed efficiently and tidily, the communication was good. I would recommend.

We used Welba to do all our flooring, skirting boards and news doors in the downstairs our or property. They also repaired and waterproofed my garden room. Very happy with the communication, quality and standard of the work and they were tidy throughout the process.

We had a large extension done on our house in Bowdon, south Manchester. It consisted of converting a garage, building an orangery and moving the kitchen. Following planning approval we put the job out to competitive tender and selected Welba Construction. From the outset we had a very good feeling about this company as the owner, Amos, had a real ‘can do’ attitude.The construction team, so competently lead by Amos, did a great job. The team displayed a work ethic far beyond that normally expected from builders combined with very high skill levels.They did major demolition and construction, managed the supply of electrics, plumbing, underfloor heating, installation of windows, doors, a huge roof lantern, completed joinery including bespoke panelling, tiling using ceramics, porcelain and marble, decorated extensively throughout the property and fitted beautiful mouldings.The standard of work was so good that we extended the project to include the full refurbishment of two bathrooms, new flooring and decoration to a large hallway, laying two patios, building a brick garden shed, a garden pergola and strong security fencing.Welba’s reputation is important to Amos and all his team, this results in them striving hard to achieve customer satisfaction which they certainly did with us.Thank you Amos and all the team at WelbaSheelagh and Andrew Lloyd JohnMarch 2023

Welba remodelled the upstairs of our house, including demolition of walls, rebuilding new stud walls, fitting a new bathroom, plastering etc. Can’t recommend them enough! They’re professional, always turn up on time, tidy, polite and have completed the work to a high standard in a short amount of time. Would use their services again and have already recommended them to a number of other people.
