So, so helpful when most of my sockets (including fridge/freezer) went off on a Sunday morning. I was talked through what to do over the phone saving me a callout fee. Couldn't ask for a better service from a company I'd never even used previously. A huge thank you to my now 'go-to' electrician.

Amazing service, was able to remedy the issues we were having over the phone to save us a call out fee and was genuinely helpful and personable throughout it all. Will definitely be at the top of my list should another electrical problem happen in the future

Rang Jon with a problem with the in-laws fuse board, Jon answered the phone straight away and guided me through resetting the board over the phone, he could have easily charged me a call out fee , this guy is really genuine, would definitely recommend him.

Jon fitted an additional socket in my kitchen and did a great job. He came to give me a quote and returned to carry out the work in good time. It was great to have someone reliable who came to complete a small job. I would definitely recommend Jon and his company.

I have used NSE many times in the past and John is the absolute best at what he does. I called John 7pm on a Friday night after an unknown electrical fault tripped my electrics. He was here within 30 mins and 1.30 hrs later we where back up and discovered an invisible boiler leak. Total life saver, excellent pricing and service. Call NSE before anyone else, you won't be Disappointed.

Fantastic experience with this gentleman! He's not only a true professional but also incredibly pleasant. He efficiently installed our Ring doorbell and even went the extra mile by offering to reposition the wires and bracket according to our preference. The service was top-notch, and without a doubt, he'll be our go-to for any future electrical work. Highly recommended!

What an amazing, calm and truly lovely guy!!We had a flood coming from the bathroom through the lights and plug sockets downstairs. He calmly talked us through how to check the main breaker to see which one was tripping it. He then told us to leave it for 24hours to dry out, unscrew the sockets to also let them dry out and then told us he wouldn't charge us as he didn't need to come out unless things were bad tomorrow after it's dried a bit. .What a lovely guy, honestly, if you need anything done, call him! I'm so pleased with all his advice and the way he was able to calm us both down.
