Alex came within minutes of making the call around 9.30pm. We had water pouring out of every in the bathroom. Alex worked quickly and efficiently to assess & fix the problem, all the while explaining to the tenant what he was doing and why. He has also been communicative (which is really important to me) since the job regarding billing etc. Highly recommend.

Well done! Fantastic job. Consultation free of charge in compartment with others. Boiler has been fixed in one hour with tidying up afterwards. Definitely can recommend to others. From my experience Alex is one the most professional person I have ever had with my obsolete boiler.

Great plumbers, would definitely recommend and use again. After being let down by another company on short notice coming to fix an emergency boiler repair, Alexy cam out within <1hr of me calling, and fixed the issue in ~40 minutes. Helpful and polite. RM

Came round to install a dishwasher & couldn't have been more friendly & professional. Alex took his time to make sure it was done properly, even though it was late in the day and he had other jobs to do.Very happy overall and wouldn't hesitate to go with Scorus again.

Excellent service! Very professional and very quick response to my initial phone call advising a leak in my plumbing.The engineer was on site in less than 30 minutes, identified the problems quickly and we scheduled a repair appointment and work was done expertly and informed throughout.10/10 service and will use again for any future plumbing matters!

Extremely responsive and efficient. They got the work done immediately and with minimal disruption. We were expecting this massive job that would take weeks and dismantle our entire bathroom. They got it done in half an hour and left our bathroom intact. We are very pleased and grateful!!

After an act of vandalism to our customer bathroom at 2am on a Friday night, we called Alex at Scorus to help deal with the problem.He was extremely responsive arriving 15 minutes later, dealt with the immediate problem of the flowing water - then fixed the broken parts very thoroughly and made sure we were informed every step of the way.Absolute life-saver, would highly recommend.
