Grass unmown, tap etc hidden in overgrown bushes - warden said he'd sort & didn't - we did it. Filthy showers, not cleaned in whole stay - apart from when I cleaned it myself!! Mouldy walls, blocked plug, filthy shower tray. Rip off! Stay away.

Incredibly difficult to have a conversation with anyone prior to arrival.Very quiet on site this weekend. It is a site with potential but needs TLC to bring it up to a good standard. It’s tired and uncared for and the sign at the main road is broken and in the ground.Apparently the facilities are clean enough, not used by one of us! Primary problem is the noise from the road, and although supposed to have signal for television, wires had been cut and not repaired.Walking in the area is great, and easy access to Hereford

Site needs updating and landscaping.Site warden who's not on site all the time was extremely helpful.I felt it was a little bit too much at £25 a night due to the site needing management.Toilet and showers were clean.Pitch black at night as no site lighting.

Cuckoo's Corner Campsite
This campsite was great and easy to find. Upon arrival got a quick tour of the facilities, which includes free showers! We had plenty of space to park our cars and pitch up our tents. The hospitality was great and relaxed, which made the night very enjoyable. Only downside is that it is close to the main road.

Great little campsight used out of season as they are open all year round. Very level hardstanding and good facilities.

Shower and toilet blocks very clean and warm. Pitch good hardstanding (concrete flat and level)with Water and 10 A supply. Friendly and helpful warden. Bus stop outside site.Road noise on first row of pitches.

How this site receives some 5* reviews is beyond me.. We give 2* - only for having electric and water on the pitch!The place is tired, unkempt muddy and overgrown.. There's no 'reception' to speak of, making it difficult on arrival to determine where exactly to park. Took us phone calls to 3 different numbers before finally being given information and seeing the so-called 'Warden'. Cant comment on showers etc as did not stay long enough to use them..It is such a shame, as given a little TLC, this site could be as idyllic as the name implies...

Good place to stay.Nice chap called Guy welcomes you,plenty of information.Good walks for the dog through fields and orchard.Clean facilities. Chip shop 10 mins walk in the village.Bit of road noise in our field but if you're in by the showers wouldn't have been too bad.
