Would have given zero but couldn't. Took my phone to be repaired said they could do it. Instead they completely smashed the back. The phone doesn't work which it did before I took to them. I only wanted the sim removed which I knew was stuck in. Definitely won't be recommending or visiting them again.

Purchased what I thought was a brand new computer through the website. Went to pick it up to discover that in fact, it was an ex-display model that didn't work as it wouldn't stay on longer than 10 minutes.In the process of trying to get my refund, but so far dealing with the staff has been unpleasant as they either don't want to talk to you, or try to insist it's an issue with settings on the computer putting it to sleep, or my monitor, seemingly they don't understand when I say the computer turns off, it completely powers off.They didn't even bother wiping the computer before giving it to me.According to staff though, all the computers are second hand, which I can't see anything written on the website or in store to indicate that very important detail.Will edit this review when I actually receive my refund based on how easy it is...

I called in and spoke to Lou to get some advice regarding how to fix an unresponsive PS5. Thanks to his help, my PlayStation is back in working order after having no clue what to do for 2 and a half weeks! He seemed very knowledgable regarding the matter and offered great customer service. Would highly recommend a visit to all who are in need of assistance with technology related areas.

I went in after I dropped my phone to get it fixed and had really great service. The woman with the pink hair (didn’t catch her name :( sorry) was so helpful, even when my phone was being a nightmare. She even replaced part of it without me asking, which I thought was really kind of her! Definitely recommend.

I went to repair a water-damaged computer. They said they would clean the inside with alcohol first and charged thirty-five pounds. When they returned my computer the next day, it still wasn't working. If I needed them to do further repairs, I would have to pay more. Later, I went to another city to have my computer repaired, and the repairmen there told me that they didn't do any cleaning on my motherboard. Maybe because I am Chinese, I am easier to bully. ‘Thanks for your help’, sincerely.

Sent these guys two xbox pads to fix, took a little longer due to a part they needed but they got the job done, all works absolutely fine now, definitely recommend and will surely be using them again in future if any other issues gaming wise arise
