Amazing place. Everyone made us feel very welcome and done everything to make our stay well worth while.The food was great, breakfast and evening meal with plenty of options. We would happily stay here again and would recommend to all.

The Old Ferry Inn
We had an amazing long weekend stay, the staff were fantastic and their chef even baked a delicious chocolate birthday cake for our visit. The menu offered perfectly scrumptious food , which as residents we enjoyed in the dedicated lounge. We enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub with panoramic views across Fowey harbour and paddle boarding up the river to spot the wonderful variety of wildlife. The town was a really interesting place to explore and the self drive boat trips are highly recommended. Overall, if you’re looking for a fabulous mini break this is it.

This is a vary nice place to stay. Owner is a Jack of all trades. He has a shop distilling gin next door. He’s a brilliant chef. And goes out of his way to help. Parking is a issue as it’s up a VERY steep hill with limited spaces. We loved it and would definitely go again.

I stayed here with wife, 11 year old kid and dog after a wet and windy week camping. We just needed a room that was dry, but this over-delivered and more. The warm welcome, the honesty tuck shop with local products, the lovely beamed room with a view across the river, the complimentary sherry, the home produced negroni enjoyed in the hot tub with a view over Fowey harbour, simple local seafood dishes beautifully cooked, the banter with locals and staff in the pub, the walking trails on the doorstep, the products and tour of the micro-distillery… everything was just perfect. We’ll be coming again and again.

We loved our stay at the Old Ferry Inn. The view from our room was stunning - only beaten by the view from the hot tub :-)The staff were super friendly and the food was great.Really well placed to explore the Hall walk and pop into Fowey - and you get the evening sun, so even better than staying in Fowey!We took a small dog and he was also made to feel very welcome.We look forward to coming back again soon.

Just had the best Sunday roast I have ever had in a pub. Huge potions (pork belly) with good crackling, great gravy, and all round perfect veg and Yorkshire pudding. Crumble was good too.

The Old Ferry Inn
We just got back from out short stay at this wonderful place.It's situated right on the slip of the river ferry dock. The surroundings are idyllic, quiet and beautiful. Such a relaxed location. The views from the several terraces are worth the trip alone.Rooms were clean and comfortable and ours had a great view of the river and Fowey across the water.We didn't eat evening meals at the Inn due to being out and exploring, but the bar and the breakfasts were great so I'd assume only the same goes for dinners.The staff were lovely and extremely dog friendly too!Well worth a stay. Highly recommended.

A special thanks you to Sharron and Kath the breakfast ladies .., very friendly and helpful. Thanks to Pete for giving our dog Luna lots of treats and the chefs Max and Lee for a delicious breakfast .., very warm and welcome place .., definitely will visit again .
