Windsor Nails

i always come to Tom for my nails and they’re so lovely and friendly. my set lasts 3/4 weeks with no lifting or breaking!! amazing designs too!

Really rude manager, after having a terrible gel powder/nail tip from scratch ! They did not want to accept there was an issue initially, but eventually agreed for me to go back and have it rectified. However, it was a Friday on a Bank holiday weekend (which is why l went to have them done for the weekend).So, I didn’t go back!They didn’t charge me, nor should they have. Especially , after witnessing the rubbish job they did!I went back to my workplace on the Friday , (one of girl’s recommended this business), and even she was embarrassed at the terrible state of the job they had done!No recommendation from me! 0️⃣

I wanted to treat myself and have my nails done in my usual amazing salon and was charged £45 for just overlay and French style tips. I was told this was considered a new set when this was just over my own nails, and nail art because it was tips, My nails are super short and only one coat of clear base was used. I feel completely ripped off if im honest and this took all the joy out of treating myself. It shouldn't be this expensive just to try and look nice, and I don't even know if i like them.

Amazing service. I had acrylics and gel polish and daughter had acrylics and amazing art gel design. Really happy with everything thank you!

The mess in the salon it’s unbelievable. The dust, the smell of monomer, passing from a client to another same cuticle tool, i mean blood ladies! AIDS can be passed easily.. 30£ for my nails, obviously i refused cuticles.. awful. I do not recommend for hygiene reasons mostly.

Love my appointments at Windsor Nails. A fab team, always friendly and welcoming. I get my nails done every 3-4 weeks and wouldn’t go else where.
