Hanna was so professional and warm. She walked me through the whole process in the consultation, and went over the shape again on my first appointment, she discussed after care clearly with me and explained what to expect. On my second appointment she did a touch up and made my eyebrows look even better. I went to Hanna knowing what i didn't want, and she worked so well with me to get me to the perfect eyebrow shape. I couldn't be more grateful, I'm so glad I found her.

I could not fault Hanna, I went for my initial appointment in January and I was nervous, she put me at ease and I very pleased with the result, I wanted natural brows and that is exactly what I got. I went this week for my top up and again the experience was so professional. Hanna puts you at ease and listens to what you would like. I would 100% recommend Pure Pigmentation
