Chef Sammy Hillen

We had Sammy come and cook for us whilst staying away as a family. From start to finish he offered a very professional service, he was easy to communicate with and discussed the menu making alterations to the menu to accommodate vegetarians and a coeliac. He arrived at the agreed time and cooked & served the food explaining each dish. The food itself was excellent, even better than I expected it to be, my whole party loved it & really enjoyed the experience. I couldn't recommend him more highly and will be booking him again for a less formal party next summer. He was transparent with costings and the booking process was stress free.

I can't recommend Sammy highly enough his food is incredible the service is incredible. Can't wait to have him cook for us again.

Sammy cooked for us whilst we were away in the Cotswolds for my dad’s 75th birthday weekend. What can I say; every mouthful was absolutely delicious! And we really enjoyed watching Sammy create his masterpieces and getting a few tips from him at the same time!Both Sammy and Kyle were great company and made the evening really special. We look forward to having Sammy cook for us again in future!

Sammy has cooked for us twice now for a group of 16 friends and then a meal for 8. Each time the food and service was fantastic and we would highly recommend and hope to book Sammy in again soon!

Sammy and Lee are the dream team. From greeting me at the door to serving an amazing three course meal.. we all felt very looked after. The meal was faultless! Please get your purées on the shelves! The cauliflower one is heavenly. Thank you for taking wonderful care of us :)

Sammy helped us a make a significant birthday for hubby very special. The food was exceptional, the service provided by Ethan was unobtrusive, professional but very friendly. Sammy made extra efforts to cater for dietary requirements and a toddler. Excellent value for money. It was so lovely being so well looked after in our own home. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Had the best time celebrating 30th birthday amongst family. Sammy’s food was incredible, it looked amazing and tasted unreal. Both Sammy and Kyle were super professional whilst creating a lovely relaxed atmosphere in our home. They couldn’t do enough to make our evening special. I booked Sammy to cater for my mother's birthday. He was very helpful throughout the process, working with me to find the best fit in terms of menu, number of courses and so on, and even found a way to make it work on a more limited budget than expected. He kept my informed every step of the way, turned up promptly and left the kitchen spotless.The meal itself was absolutely stunning, every course was a delight. I cannot recommend him highly enough!
