Holiday Inn Express London - Wandsworth, an IHG Hotel

The room was clean, its located in the city centre and close to train station. Easy to find, the breakfast was ok. The only thing was their sink and the shower drainage very slow.Small parking lot in front of the hotel as well. The hotel doesn’t own it but its very convenient.

Stayed here twice now,rooms are well equipped for what we needed. The train and tube station close by as well as the bus stops wherever you want to go. Staff very friendly and helpful. Thoroughly recommend

10/12/23. Solo 5 days. They have a great English breakfast. Eggs, bacon and beans & more. Dreary dry navy blue and gray walls, curtains and carpet! Thank goodness London had sunny days. The room was spacious with a sofa, no drawers. Nothing except McDonalds and a gas station M & S food store. A block away is the 44 bus at swanon ways or 2 block to train. 20 minutes to Victoria Station .

Booked on Wandsworth because of the distance to a subway station, and also because the park is independent, so you can leave your car even after checking out. There is also another park just in front, in case you need. The hotel is very nice, we enjoyed it, kids too. Everybody had a great night sleep after visiting London. In the room everything was working fine, and the beds were great. Even the kids sofa bed was comfy for them to rest. Good and not too busy breakfast on a weekday. I will recommend it, and will return for sure.

The rooms are outdated, when I was staying I had people knocking on my door and running away. The room it self had weird smell which lingered when I first walk in. The room itself is dark and depressing in my opinion and needs desperate refurb.The day staff are okay as they would go the extra mile to help but some of the night staff need improvement in terms of their attitude and customer service skills. The room service team was good as they did a good job cleaning the room.In my opinion this is the worst breakfast I have had in a holiday inn. There where missing food, coffee machines not working and toaster was not working.The location of the hotel is in good area a you have nearby restaurant and takeaway. There is near by underground too.
