I've been training with Jess for a couple of months now, after years of stop/start attempts to get fit and lose weight. Jess has been absolutely amazing; incredibly knowledgeable and professional yet really easy to get on with. I feel so much fitter and stronger already and I know that I have now made a lifestyle change, all thanks to Jess. Highly recommended!

I’ve struggled for years with my self esteem and my extra weight that I never could manage to lose long term. I was recommended Jess by a colleague and was the best thing that could of happened. I only went with the online course but even then she made sure I knew exactly how to do certain exercise routines and helped sort my diet out. Even with her being my online coach, she was always there when I needed her and helped me gain that confidence I needed to start the gym for the very first time on my own. I would recommend to anyone, that wants a female trainer :)

Before starting with Jess I felt very anxious about going to the gym, as I was unsure if the exercises I was doing were correct for my goals. With guidance from Jess I now feel confident in the plan I'm following and have seen excellent results already. I would highly recommend Jess to anyone looking to build strength and confidence in the gym.

2 months ago, I completed the 12 week transformation with Jess and I can not recommend it more! In just 3 months Jess has guided and supported me through creating an individualised training plan completely suited to my own personal goals and explaining and providing nutritional guidance to ensure I stay on track to reach my goals. In those 3 months I have completely changed both physically and mentally and am now working towards goals I never thought I would ever be working towards due to lack of confidence.Before going with Jess, I was just treading water with the gym, thinking I knew what I was doing but I wasn't seeing results. Within 2 weeks with Jess, I began to see physical progress and this was down to getting support, accountability and consistency.I can not recommend Jess enough, she is truly an amazing personal trainer!

Jess has gone out of her way to make sure that I am ready to take on the next week of exercise and food, followed by a weekly/daily check ins.She is also encouraging and also prompts me to go higher in terms of weights!I can see that my eating habits have changed to eating healthier in moderation and eating what I want with making great progress!She has been great and would definitely recommend!

I couldn’t recommend Jess more highly, she is well qualified, friendly, approachable & more than happy to offer support & guidance at any time.Jess does an amazing job to keep me accountable with my nutrition, understanding what my barriers may be for the week ahead & how to prepare for them, such as social occasions. There are weekly check ins & more in depth zoom calls each month.There is also a supportive what’s app group, with all of Jess’ clients in with everyone motivating one another on their journey.The app used for Workouts is great & very user friendly, there are videos showing you how to perform each exercise in case you are unsure. Jess also asks you to film yourself doing certain exercises if completing for the first time to ensure that your form is correct & to prevent injuries.I feel so much more confident in the gym, using machines / weights I never thought I would & have such a better understanding of nutrition.

Jess has completely changed the way I see exercise! I’m no longer scared of using weights and I feel fitter and stronger than ever. Where I’d usually be terrified to touch a bar and go into the weights room at the gym, I now know what I’m doing and have a clear plan and goals to teach.Jess is so patient and just generally amazing, from the first session she puts you at ease when you walk into the gym and encourages you to keep going. Her guides and recipes are also amazing too! Couldn’t recommend Progress with Jess more. Thank you so much Jess!

I have been training with Jess for about 7 months now, and I am absolutely loving it. I had some experience from different programmes but Jess took me back to the beginning with getting my form right and we went from there. I enjoy our led sessions a lot, but with the programme Jess has put together I am happy to do my own personal sessions too. Jess provides great support inside and outside of the gym, and is always there to celebrate the wins and provide encouragement when I may not be feeling on top of my game. I have progressed so much quicker on this programme than any other gym programme I have had and I'm so happy with the results. I'm lifting heavier weights than I ever thought possible, I'm losing weight and toning up and fitting in clothes I haven't worn in years, and I'm so much happier and confident in how I look. I can't recommend Jess and her programmes highly enough, she's a great trainer and I'm so glad I reached out to her at the beginning of the year, she really has made a huge difference!

I have been working with Jess for the past 4 months and have been really happy with what we have achieved together. Jess really listened to what my goals were and tailored my plan to achieve them. She would do daily, weekly and monthly face to face check ins to make sure I was staying on track which really motivated me to push myself. I had a couple of injuries as well and Jess amended my plan to support this to ensure I didn’t hurt myself further. If you are looking for an online coach and to get your confidence back going to the gym and with nutrition I would recommend Jess and her body confident plan.

Jess is a great personal trainer. She’s so friendly and instantly puts you at ease. She’s my best cheerleader and celebrates me reaching my goals making me feel proud and motivated with my progress. She’s so supportive outside of our sessions always checking in on me! If you are into lifting weights like me (what’s not to love!) and want to progress I definitely recommend Jess - she’s ace!
