iCrack Cheltenham- Mobile & Laptop Repair Service Shop in Cheltenham

Had a new screen on my iPhone.Had a 1 year warranty as shown on their website.The screen stopped working.Turned up at store with my receipt.He told me that website is wrong and i do not have a warranty. He said I am refusing to honour the warranty just send an email to our head office. Sure this breaches trades description rules.UpdateThe damage is not from physical or water damage however, I was refused to have a new screen as the manager stated that the website is wrong and should not say 12 month warranty.I travelled 18 miles to get there only to be turned away.You have stated that you would like more information? What information do you require?Please update your response with what info you need please and how to give it to you

I was recommended to see the chaps at iCrack to get a case for my new phone. They were super helpful, guided me through the different types and confirmed a few important details for me - I bought a case and a screen protector, which they even fitted for me. Excellent service, highly recommended!

Fantastic! Went today (24th Oct @14:00) to have totally new screen fitted to my iPhone. Very polite gentleman, excellent price. Collected 30 minutes later, all finished. He even fitted a complimentary screen protector!Will definitely use again, & will be returning with my daughters phone who also has a badly cracked screen. Amazing customer service, best in Cheltenham high street.

BEWAREif I could give Zero Stars I would.8 months after iCrack Cheltenham replaced my screen on my iPhone I took it back with the receipt.Was told 12 months warranty at the time by the manager and website also says 12 months.Manager got very aggressive and said You are lying and the website is wrong. So all you can do is email head office!" (and then gave me the shop email address)!!!When I showed him the website on my wife's phone

So Happy with the results!Dropped my phone off as I couldn’t hear a thing and couldn’t be heard over the phone clearly so it was cleaned inside out finishing with a strong screen protector and with a new case ;all ready within 10mins !! Bunch of criminals! These reviews must be fake.I took my phone in to get a battery replaced, when I came back the screen was broken. The screen worked perfectly fine 1 hour before.They won't take responsibility and the big guy even tried to put words into my mouth suggesting that the screen was broken before. Once I pointed out his attempt to manipulate, he finally agreed the screen was working fine before. His explanation of what went wrong kept switching between Integrated Circuit and LED damage. Which is it? They are not the same thing.Clearly incompetent and disingenuous. AVOID at all cost.If there are other people who have left their phones and come back to more damage and additional charges, please post them here to prove they are committing crimes. I won't rest until I see them prosecuted.
