Sytner Chigwell MINI

Big thank you to Jazzmin for all her assistance during the ordering process of my new Mini. She kept me to update every step of the way and was on hand to answer any questions I had. Excellent service recently provided by Amy and Jackie on booking and servicing my mini inso quickly at Sytner Chigwell. I always know my car is in good hands and well looked after. Thank you to the team who do a great job including the guys that carry out the service providing a video vehicle check whilst work is being carried out.

Its was pleasure going to BMW in Chigwell. The staff are always courteous and helpful. I spoke to Jack Harris and he excelled himself in the purchase of my Mini Cooper. From start to finish the communication was excellent and my car was lovely and clean on pick and all my questions were answered to detail.

Dear potential car buyer, please let me list the things I was told today by apparently sane, reasonably intelligent people who I presume are qualified for their job:It would be better for you to sign up for a finance agreement at 6.9% so you don’t have to spend your money in case you need it because stuff is expensive and we don’t know what’s going to happen in the future!You would have had more equity in your car if you hadn’t of paid off your finance!!!Please drive for 1.5 hours for a car we don’t actually haveThe used car market is so hot but sadly your cars not worth as muchEndless idiots, I could go on, wandering when PCP MIS SELLING cases will start

Recently bought a lovely little second hand mini clubman. Its a nice car and was pretty good value. The service we received from Massimo was excellent. I was impressed how well he knew his stock. I liked that his sales patter wasn’t too pushy. He had a very natural friendly approach.

BIG thank you to Amy Clark! Our car experienced a 'bizzare' software/battery fault, which prevented the car from starting. Amy was extremely helpful in esculating and helping us claim the costs for a software fix and replacement battery. Great customer service!
