N and P Windows

Amazing customer service,quality of windows are great and the communication between me and the company was fantastic!Robbie the fitter has worked so hard and we are so happy with how well he has fitted them and kept the house tidy.Definitely recommend!!!

A gentleman on his own fitted a new bedroom window for me. I was concerned he was on his own and still don't know how he managed such a good job. He got the roller blind off for me, as I couldn't do it, and was clean and tidy. My house is rendered and painted so I was concerned it would be messy outside! However you can't even tell a new window was fitted. So happy with their customer service, I am currently looking at a composite door. Linda and Kelly, I'll presume are admin, are super helpful too. I don't think I would ever use anyone else!

Can't fault this company , been going to them for over ten years now for various jobs and projects . Had to have our front windows replaced , the lads who came were fab, professional, respectful, efficient and even cleaned up after , hoovered and took all the waste away..first night with our new windows complete with vents we were that warm we had to turn the heating off. Their prices are always mega reasonable and the windows are high standards with all new health and safety specs

Absolutely spot on at N&P windows, from the sales team through to the fitting team all amazing.Even went out there way to source a door style from another supplier.Would highly recommend them.Also a local company which is always good to support.

I cannot rate this friendly, professional company too highly. The receptionists are welcoming and friendly. The estimate for a new door was completed swiftly and professionally. A dog flap (which I purchased) was fitted before installation. The fitting took place on a day of torrential rain. However the two young men who fitted the door worked cheerfully and capably and the work was viewed and assessed by someone towards the end of the job. A very enjoyable experience from start to finish despite the weather! I fully recommend this company.

We ordered a new bathroom window and submitted a detailed plan of the window required. We wanted it to match the existing windows in the property. N & P sent one of their glazing guys out to make sure he could match the colour of the glass as closely as possible. At first I was impressed by this, however, when the window arrived it had trickle vents which we had not asked for and were not on the plan we submitted to them. When I contacted them to complain they said they are fitted as standard and it was up to us to say we didn’t want them. So a detailed plan is not sufficient and asking them to match the existing windows is also not sufficient? The window looks really odd and doesn’t match the originals, they will amend at a cost to us of £50. This is an absolute disgrace, they have broken a contract and expect us to have it rectified at a cost to ourselves. This company has absolutely no integrity or basic customer service …. Do not use.

I have recently had 4 x UPVC windows and 3 x UPVC bay windows replaced by N&P windows.I’m leaving this review as I want to express how truly satisfied I am with N&P’s meticulous work ethic and professionalismFrom start to finish they have fulfilled their promise with everything that we agreed prior to conducting any work. The service provided was exceptional. No false promises.All staff were very friendly, punctual, and conscientious, exuding diligence throughout . Their prices are reasonable in comparison to other companies and the quality of their products are excellentI really recommend N&P windows, I have used this company at previous addresses and they have always provided the same great level of service.If I could sum up their service in one word - FANTASTIC !!

We Had large front room bay and bedroom window installed over the last two days, couldn't be more happier with how they look,the two men who fitted the windows worked to a high standard, were on time and tidy up after themselves, They were professional on point. We are happycustomers, so thank you N&P windows for the great job.

Says it all really....My mother in law booked and this is what she found....We are very dissatisfied and disappointed with the unfinished window replacements carried out by this company. The bathroom window was delivered in the wrong size   Although another frame  was made on the day we had to wait till Thursday for the glass to be fitted.We have had windows fitted in the past by other companies but there has never been such a mess left. Cement was left on my paved area outside and on the tarmac drive underneath the bathroom window.The fitters were sawing the plastic beading on my kitchen floor. The cement pointing under the window has not been completed as 5 holes have been left. The corner pillars have not been filled underneath the kitchen window Cill. A simple thing like leaving the windows clean and free of marks from the sticky labels and hand prints  from fitting the window would have made for a better finish. They didn’t take any pride in their work.DO NOT USE THESE Cowboys. Very unprofessional, not to mention ignoring my complaint!
