James has done a number of jobs for me, some of which have been small but quite challenging. He is thorough, determined to resolve the problem and does a great job. He is personable, friendly and professional and will take on small, less straightforward jobs that other plumbers are less keen to undertake. He is reliable, respectful and a tidy workman. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and would be happy to recommend him to others.

One of the few people and businesses these days that cares about customer service.I had 2 radiators in a bedroom not warming up, suspected faulty thermostat. I texted James at 08:00 in the morning, he was in the area, reshuffled a few things and was at my door by 09:45!! Within the hour radiators checked, fixed and working.James took his boots off at the door, without asking!Used a sheet in the bedroom to catch any mess.Explained fully what he was doing and left the place clean tidy and with two fixed radiators.Quick video taken on his phone showing suction working through the radiators, and follow up text after the job.JAMES WAS POLITE, WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO FIT ME IN AND FIXED MY RADIATORS.GREAT SERVICE AND WILL DEFINITELY USE AGAIN WHEN NEEDED!!

James did a great job, including a few extra little fixes that he spotted while dealing with the two main tasks. He was also a very good mix of friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend him.

James rapidly diagnosed the problem which was different to that expected. He then carried out repairs rather than simply replacing in a cheerful and professional manner. The bill was very reasonable, and he will be our first call next time.

I contacted James requesting some work on our central heating and fixing a faulty flush on a toilet.He replied to my request promptly and visited initially to diagnose the problems. The necessary work was completed successfully on a second visit.He was professional, friendly and tidy throughout.His communication via texts and emails was excellent (so often not the case with many trades these days).I highly recommend him and will definitely be using him again should the need arise again in the future.
