Shocking, meter readings have now doubled since we had these installed!apparently, bearing in mind the average UK electricity bill being £30-40 for a 1-2 bedroom flat we are now paying £60 per month.The calculations and meter readings don't add up, and we shouldn't be paying this much, we are currently in talks with citizens advice on how to tackle this!

Reviewing on behalf of friend, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Took over 12 weeks for a refund. The meter didn’t fit. I drove 280 mile round trip to return the item. Once the meter was refunded, 30% was deduced I feel this is an unjustified amount to take for inadequate equipment. Which can be resold and used again as was back in their hands within 3 days. This has been a time consuming and stressful experience all round. Nearly £100 out of pocket not to mention the inconvenience, lack of communication. If you want to loose money and be frustrated then by all means use this company!

Warning. Do not use this company. Their communication is shocking and billing is all over the place. I have been trying to turn off the meters for over 6 weeks. They don't ring back or reply to emails and have actually stopped allowing top up which has left an apartment with no electricity. Badly trained staff and terrible company
