I saw Jason Levy at WGCITY.I had been mostly deaf for four days due to a buildup of ear wax. Jason explained clearly the process, I felt totally at ease. The process was painless and quick. Just been to see Jason for the second time. He is very friendly and explains everything if you’re new. He is also very thorough and aims to remove 100% of the wax. I cannot tell you how good I feel afterwards. The relief of being able to hear clearly again is amazing. I’m 25 and the first time I went around a year ago I was nervous and thought it was weird for someone younger to have such a problem but Jason explained the reasons why people get a build up of wax and how it is actually quite normal. Would highly recommend!

The pharmacy team were great. Since lockdown its been impossible to get to see a GP. The pharmacist was so helpful and was able to advise us on how best to get our prescription completed.

Brilliant!!I had spent over a month religiously putting in olive oil and alternating with sodium bicarbonate drops, supposedly to soften the wax before syringing - as I was advised. The advice I received simply did not work.I wholeheartedly wish that I had been referred to Jason and ihs team, at one of the Microsuction Earwax Removal Clinics much, much earlier!He was incredibly efficient and gentle, informing me in great detail, exactly what he was doing.THANK YOU.....

I would definitely recommend this service. I was nervous about the procedure because I have tinnitus, but Jason was really reassuring. He explained what he was doing at each stage which made me feel much more relaxed. The procedure was quick and painless.

After having blocked ears for over a week, I booked an appointment for the very same day. Jason was extremely efficient and friendly, and in under 15mins my ears were working perfectly again. Fantastic service which I would certainly recommend.

I was apprehensive before coming as I’d never had this treatment before and was relying on google reviews rather than personal recommendation.I was delighted to be squeezed in at the last minute .Jason clearly and calmly explained the procedure, reassuring me that it wouldn’t hurt , and demonstrating the suction equipment in advance of the work . I felt at ease and confident he knew what he was doing.

Very simple procedure. Painless . Hearing has shown immediate improvement. Went for 2 ears but Jason the audiologist said only one needed doing. So saved me £20.00. Thank you. Only downside can't deny hearing my partner now. :)Punctually seen . Would highly recommend.

Absolutely fantastic. Painless, over in a few minutes. Hearing sharper then everyone before. Has given me back my sanity now that I can hear properly. Jasen was amazing, explained everything in detail allowed for questions and very gentle on the ears. Definitely recommend!!!!
