Simona has been helping me out for awhile, and she's super helpful, kinda and very knowledgable in wellbeing! Cannot wait to visit her again!

My massage was exactly what I needed. Simona is excellent at understanding what the issue is and really targeted the areas I was struggling with tension and pain. The massage room is calm and smelt divine. I will be returning and I highly recommend!

Finally I found myself a Real massage therapist!!After trying and searching for six months entire East London to find someone who can truly understand the whole body concept and muscle work, I came across Simona.She is very intuitive and knowledgeable and uses a whole breadth of skills to find all trigger points and tensions. She is so eager to release them all by using multiple techniques and massage strokes.Simona has a beautiful energy and warmth. The therapy space is also welcoming and comfortable. I loved the freshly scented room in the background of a soothing melody.My body feels amazing, so relaxed yet so energised too.Absolutely floating back home.Look forward to my next visit.Thank you so much Simona for the great experience and putting a smile on my face.
