The Timpson guy at Regents Arcade is always friendly and helpful. Really goes the extra mile with shoe repairs at a reasonable cost, and has saved us quite a few pairs from being discarded too soon.There's usually a customer or two there, but never an excessive wait for service. Definitely recommended!

Several watch retailers could not help fixing a sentimental watch that had broken. The manufacturer wanted more than the value of the watch to fix it. Salim fixed it in 15 minutes for 1/4 of the price I was quoted by manufacturer. Looks like new. 5/5! Many thanks.

The guy there today (Monday) was so nice and friendly had such a lovely conversation and the key cutting was so quick.

Me and my wife were yesterday in Timpsons , Regent Arcade , for a battery watch replacement ! The time was 16.50 but Salim refused us saying that he needs to do the paperwork ! He was very aggresive and rude ! Never go back in that store !

Salim refused to give me a refund on a key that had been made at a different branch. On speaking to the main office, I was informed that a full refund should have been issued despite the key coming from a different branch and they are now dealing with the refund and Salim. As has been mentioned in other reviews, Salim is passive aggressive. He's just a silly little person...Just to update, I spoke to Megan at the head office who was kind enough to issue a refund...

Avoid at all costs. Messed up my trophy engraving with the wrong date. When I pointed this out, swore and told me all that can be done is put an x over it and the correct date underneath. I contacted the main Timpsons support to get it sent to their central engraving centre to polish off and correct the wrong information. When I went to collect, it was clear they had completely replaced the engraved collar, but it was terribly loose and mis-sized and the bottom disc on the base hadn't been sealed back on. The guy didn't seem to think there was any issue with it. I am taking elsewhere now for their opinion and support as there no way I'm trusting it with Timpsons again. It's really taken the shine off being a first time winner of this trophy. They didn't even retain the original collar or photographic evidence of it it so I can ensure the other entries were transcribed correctly.

Went out of my way to visit twice when your google listing said “open” and neither time were you open. Please update your listing with accurate opening times

Came in today for a new watch strap spring. On arrival got a welcoming smile from the boss and professional and friendly repaired my watch. Would recommend this timsons .

Useless shop, Salim was obtuse and no help whatsoever. I called to see if they provided the service required, travelled 40 miles as they said they do. It transpired that they do not, but apparently that was my fault. I won't be using Timpsons again
