Awful service, absolute unwillingness to help. Nurses and team leaders attitude stinks supposed to be there to help prevent unwanted pregnancies but actually just don’t care. Pay the wages for these incompetent staff that wouldn’t do a favour if their life dependant on it make it impossible to get your pill u less you have no job and can fit inconvenient hours what about actual career women who have commitments and aren’t just sat off at home all day. AWFUL would not recommend at all. Should all be ashamed of yourself time it took me to argue could have gave me my pills. most awkward staff ever. Apart from the guy on reception he was nice. The team leader looked me up and down with all eyeliner melted under her eyes like I was beneath her. Nasty woman.

I would like to send out a very special thank you to Sarah who made my experience having an IUS fitted 2 weeks ago a very gentle experience as no pain at all. I couldn’t believe she did this as my previous 2 where complicated and had expected same again. I’m singing her praises due to tender care given with full explanation and reassurances throughout procedure. You’re an angel in disguise Sarah no wonder nurses get called these she is one of a kind..a very thankful new mum x

It appears that no one runs by the correct appointment order.My partner and myself came yesterday and as I expected there wasn't anyone to see so it was suggested I book an appointment. I booked the appointment, came this morning and though my appointment was for a set time, it was brought to my attention that there was a slight delay. This was fine, but it became very clear that whoever complained about the waiting time was seen to first. Almost two hours in and most people that arrived later than me have been seen too first.I feel sorry for the lady working at the desk today, which is why I have stopped myself from complaining but in future I hope this can be more organised!

Went at 17:00, within advertised walk-in hours and was informed walk-in hours were only 08:30 to 11:30 and you had to be referred by a GP to get an appointment but that they were fully booked for the foreseeable future
