Atlantic Door Maintenance

I called Atlantic door to repair my shop front door, I was told it will cost me £380 and get 10 years warranty on the work so I agreed , few days after repair was done I was still having the problem so called the company (Steve) his made an appointment to come and have a look and rectify the problem BUT he didn't turn up for the appointment, so I called him again he said he had some issues so he made another appointment, unfortunately he didn't turn up again,, no call or message to say his not coming., I've sent him number of messages and videos but he never replied, so I had to get someone else to fix the same issue. Atlantic door will do the job But don't expect them to come back and rectify the problem if something goes wrong, warranty is just on the paper

Excellent customer service received from Steve and Stan last week to supply and fit new spring box for our Garadoor . They were Speedy/informative /courteous - can't fault.
