I had a turbo that went in my bmw and was desperate to get it done has I have 1 car in are house hold and my local garages around the Chester area we’re saying it could take up 7-10 days to fix and I need my car done ASAP so I gave this garage a call and they told me it would take 3 days to do and it was simple job so I managed to drive the car 51miles to them because I was so desperate but after a week I heared absolutely nothing off them I called so many times and was ignored i what’s app the owner of the garage mike the guy who told me it be 3day job and when I asked about my car he said am busy it will take has long has it takes so after 3-4 days I rang again to no answer and Ignored messages when I got hold of him he said he sent the turbo off to be refurb to Telford and it’s out he’s hands and could take a week to come back which I said to him the car needs a new turbo not refurb I said am desperate has I have 1 car like I said from the get go hes reply was that’s not my problem and then also prove doubled from original quote how ever after haveing my car 1month he rang me Friday night and told me the car would finally be done first thing in the morning witch was yesterday so I borrowed a motor and me my wife and 2 boys went to pick my car up FINALLY I arrive at 11am to get completely abused by a smug young man and told me car not done and he’s not rushing I said that’s not on he said I’ll get Mike when he came out he start it be really aggressive with my 2 little boys and wife’s watching he threaten to put the old turbo back on and not do the job so I said u rang me and told me to come he said u will have to wait 5-6 hours bare in mind it was -2 weather outside so I had no choice to wait so I sent my wife and kids home because it would bin a nightmare to try contain them in car for hours and my youngest has global learning difficulties and I really didn’t appreciate the swearing so I wait it outside for nearly 5hours and they never once asked me to wait in waiting area they just smirked and walked off I have absolutely loads of what’s app message off mike wear he is being aggressive and blatantly lying to me oh and when I paid for the job he said to me if the car goes 5mile up the road and turbo blows up he will not stand to it absolutely piss take of a company liers Bully’s and conmen

Shambles. The garage looks like it's never seen a sweep up. The staff will waste your time. I was waiting a week to here back from them about a job, and they completely ignored me. And told me the job is no longer available. After being told other wise. They turn away fully qualified and experienced mechanics. DO NOT GO THEIR they are time wasters

Poor service and the manager is aggressive and unreliable . His gives you one quote for you vehicle to be finished and repair but then it changes on the day . His customer service and his attitude is poor . He has no mannerism with his customers who are paying for their cars to be repaired by this cowboy of a business. Wouldnt recommend anybody taking their car to them at all. To say this that i've had better services at kwikfit and thats saying something. The staff are rude and the quality of there work is poor . STAY AWAY FROM THIS GARAGE AND GO ELSE WHERE NOT WORTH THE TIME OR HASSLE.

Always helpful easy to approach they don't intimidate me because I'm a female because I may not know much about cars like I've experienced at other garages. Good efficient work and reasonable price. I fully recommend.

Bought a Peugeot 5008 from this garage. Had to wait quite a while to pick my new car up so as compensation they replaced the cam belt and water pump. Superb customer service. Also had a problem with rear folding seat which was sorted straight away.I will recommend them to all friends and family very easy to deal with and it’s been joy to be a customer of theirs. Keep it up guys

Took car into have tracking done as was recommended to go there what a mistake they said couldn't do as.was.seized took and they fixed said was easy

Shocking service! The management were aggressive and rude. They didn't even fix my car after having it for nearly 3 weeks. Did not return my all calls. I have since had it repaired at another garage who showed me proof that Drayton Tyre Services had not done the work whick was on the invoice. They had left bolts/screws loose. They also thought it was acceptable to leave my car seats, foot Wells and door handles dirty.

Absolutely wast of time never got back to me don't deserve to be I business
