It was more of a hang out for the kids causing trouble than a McDonald's Restaurant. The fries were cold and soggy. The wrap was poorly constructed but warm. Service was quick but the person who gave me my order didn't say a word.

Quiet and calm place for the mornings.For first timers here, it's a bit confusing to figure out which part of the parking lot is for McDonald's, because it is shared with Lidl.Clean toilets.

The customer services the employees provide to delivery partners is pathetic. They mark the order as ready to collect but bardly they bother to give it to the driver. They hardly look at them as if they dont even exist. All the staff from top to bottom needs proper customer service training. Remember these delivery partner drivers make ur salary. Treat them with respect if you want respect in return. I know my review wont be read by the management but i would like to write my true feelings about them.

What a shower of nasty individuals!!When is it acceptable to laugh at a customer?Turned up at just after midnight to be told that only drive through was acceptable. C’mon… why!?Was hungry and pleaded to be served and tried humor saying “ pretend I’m a a car… all that tosh. Only to be ridiculed and laughed at. What kind of business model is that to turn down money?Petty rules for the sake of the (stupid) rule. Well… you’ve just lost a customer…. (Clap clap clap…) dunces!Swear I won’t eat another burger here.Stick it!

Service quick, food tasted good but they got my order wrong by giving me a single cheese burger meal despite ordering and paying for a double cheese burger meal. It was a takeaway and i didn't notice until i got back home.

Waited 20 minutes for a take out order after it said it was ready for collection only to find it had been put to drive tru, and it was cold by then. There was also a queue on the way in because apparently they were waiting on fries?!. Too many young staff and no organisation. (This was a Friday evening around 9pm)

Fries and drinks were fine. But they messed up my order of a double quarter burger that was supposed to have cheese on it. But had pickles on it which was a disappointment. How can staff mess up as something as simple as just a burger plain cheese? Sometimes they don't put cheese on them at all. It's frustrating really. What is the point if staff can't take simple basic instructions?

kicked me and my friend out for no reason as soon as we walked in because apparently we were too young but yesterday i went there with my friend at 9 and thelet us in!!

Went through the drive-through following a weekend trip to Edinburgh. An employee named Mathew took our order, he was very polite and well spoken. 10/10 on customer service Mathew! Definitely stood out from the crowd with regards to customer service workers, Thanks

Probably the beast McDonalds breakfast I’ve ever had.The double sausage and egg McMuffin was awesome. Hot fresh and a perfect yolk. Hash browns were hot and crispy.Staff were polite and friendly, and the restaurant was very clean.
