Jamie fixed my toilet cistern as an emergency last December, he was helpful, understanding and professional. He is a very personable young man and I will not hesitate to contact him in future.

The imperial team completed the plumbing first and second plumbing fix for our downstairs renovation and extension. They were professional and friendly from start to finish, offering expert advice especially when it came to relocating our boiler to our upstairs bathroom. They installed new pipe work throughout to service a brand new kitchen, downstairs WC, utility room and radiators. From start to finish I cannot rate them highly enough and would have no hesitation in using them again or recommending their services to others.

Jamie arrived on time for both visits - to assess cistern and then to replace old with new parts. He is meticulous and careful but also very good value. Throughout he kept me informed of what was necessary to replace, ordering time for new parts and his return visit. He is works without making a mess and is courteous Both of which make a difference if you are asking someone to come and work in your home. Highly recommend him.
