Have been ordering from the place for 10 years. Tonight's order took 1.5 hours which was fine due to being Christmas eve. Food quality tonight was very below normal standards. Food was more or less cold when arrived and quality has dropped considering it was nearly 40 pound order for 3 people. Wonton soup recipe must also have changed, tonight's was very sour and so salty it was ridiculous and couldn't eat it. That over 7 quid of food wasted. I will try again another time as normally they are better but tonight's meal was not good at all.

If I could give zero stars i would, extremely late food, no communication about this and when we rang, they lied about the delivery time and when we tried to get a refund, that took another 15 minutes to sort. Will not try again.

Have used this Chinese for years but tonights meal was shocking. The quarter crispy duck was awful! It wasn’t crispy and definitely over priced. The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style was bland and barely cooked. Won’t be using again.

Really lovely food, the sweet and sour chicken and vegetable spring rolls are excellent choices, highly recommended. Very good prices and the meal special boxes are great prices for what you get.The staff are always welcoming and friendly. I will be definitely going back to try more dishes.

DISAPPOINTED. !!No way as good as 18 months ago . Black bean sauce was Tasteless , I had beef and partner had king prawn . We were looking forward so much to our take away too .

Normally food and delivery is excellent. Order often from here. I come from leicester up to Grantham to see grandparents, ordered last night at 7pm, was told an hour and half wait. Which was fine. Called up at nearly 9PM (2 hours later) and asked how long, she stated another half hour. We cancelled our order. The lady on the phone was extremely rude. She did not apologise, or share any sympathy that 2 elderly people was awaiting food. Shall not be ordering ever again due to the lack of respect given from the lady on the phone. The problem wouldn't have even been about waiting for the food, it was just her arrogance and rudeness.

Just had 3 meals from Wok this way.Normally nice .but tonight YUKCold.Flavor lessNo seasoningChips hard grandson didn't eat them.Stoggy rice .Shame might give it a rest for a while.

Ordered as my new years eve take away and even though i was sceptical, food arrived earlier than expected and it was really good. Would order again definitely. Driver was very polite too.

Quick and friendly service, very reasonable prices, I would recommend the large special dinner box where you can have two dishes of your choice and a rice for only £6 and you get plenty. Have used them for years for a quick cheap meal. I don't think they are gluten free though.
