Always been really happy with the service at Medivet Rayleigh. Staff are lovely and friendly and always feel my pets are safe and well looked after when having treatments.

Easy booking, not super crowded, appointment on time, nice people. Reasonable staff in terms of asking questions and receiving answers

Unfortunately we had to have our beautiful golden retriever put to sleep. Michael, the vet, came to our home. We had a call from the practice to say that he was on his way. Michael was so kind and caring. He explained what was going to happen. He was very respectful and made the most heartbreaking experience a bit more bearable.

Took my dog Bonnie in today as she had cut her paw badly on her walk. The vet and staff were brilliant and saw us really quickly. Would highly recommend this vet surgery, Bonnie was really well cared for and the staff were so helpful.

My little Jack Russell terrier has the problems which may be expected with advanced age and needs a lot of care to sustain her quality of life. Michal has been there every step of the way and his staff are friendly and helpful. Many thanks to you all for your care of my precious little Susie.

Highly recommend. You can book to see the same vet so they really get to know your pet which isn't the same with all vets.

I cannot recommended Nuno and the staff highly enough. Nuno is extremely knowledgeable, kind and caring. It is reassuring to have my dog’s healthcare in such capable hands.

Really pleased with this vet practice. Michael is excellent - he is caring and honest which is hard to come by these days. I took my dog in to have some lumps removed and it was done quickly and efficiently, and even though it was risky due to his age, I had full trust in Michael and the team to look after my baby. The nurses called me to arrange a pickup time when it was done, then shortly after, they called and asked if I could actually come earlier as my dog was getting upset. This is much better than what Vets4Pets did, where they just left my dog in a cage and let him break a tooth because he was so distressed trying to get out of it. The nurses gave us really thorough aftercare too, which I have never experienced before. I am very grateful for them for giving us a bit of extra time with Buddy and would highly recommend. Just be aware they don't offer payment plans but if you have insurance then it's not a problem
