We came into the shop as we’d had some problems booking our holiday online and were hoping to rebook in person for the same price. Jay was a massive help and got the whole thing sorted for us very quickly. Great, friendly customer service with no hassle and now we’re all really looking forward to our holiday :) Thank you!

So we went in yesterday and were greeted by Laura,we told her our requirements and within an hour, my daughter and l we were all booked and insured,for our winter sun break,first time going abroad together,but should be amazing

I was in the Gordon Street branch enquiring about a holiday that my family was interested in. Bethany provided us with excellent customer service and was very helpful from start to finish. She guided us through every step and we even manage to get a much better deal at the end. Holiday booked and it's been a great 1st time experience with TUI!

We booked at the store last year for our trip to Tenerife, and they could not have been more helpful.I am just off the phone with them their regarding payment and planning for a holiday in may 2024. The girl on the phone was incredibly helpful, and very friendly.Sometimes booking online can be tricky, even for young people so it’s always really good to have customer service as good as this.
