Pearls Dental Centre

I came to this practice as a friend's recommended them to me. I honestly had an unpleasant experience. Everytime I've booked in for an appointment I had to wait anywhere between 20 minutes to an hour. They also rescheduled multiple appointments hours before I was due in. The dentist herself felt very rushed and didn't give much aftercare advice post procedure. On the up side the young nurse that was assisting her was very caring and helpful. I'm disappointed as I was really hoping to have a positive experience the way my friend did.

So glad I found Pearls. I've been to a few different dental practices over the years and haven't aways had the best treatment. However, I've finally found a dentist I feel I can trust. Very professional and clean. I feel at ease receiving treatment there.

The doctor keept me informed the whole time and ending up advising me for a cheaper treatment that what I was actually going to have in first place as she saw that it would suit my needs better. The staff are nice and polite. Everyone was patient and considerate with me although i was quiet anxious.Overall a very good experience with this practice. I would recommend.

I really do not want to give this practice any stars. The worst experience ever I had treatment done worth £3000 paid instalments, when I made one payment of £200 to the receptionist, because she was in a hurry I asked for a recipe and she said Come on you know us don’t worry being as innocent and trusting as I am laughed and said ok and left without receipt. Only to be billed for that £200 shortly after and was told we have no record. I put in a complaint and had no option but to pay the person dealing with compliant was no one other then the dr whose practice it was and totally defended the reception and took her word against mine.Disgusted !! I Walked out of the surgery they are rude and the dr is worse ! Would not recommend this untrustworthy practice to anyone never walk out with out a receipt. The after care of your treatment is not even a consideration for for them

Where do I start with Pearls dental centre, firstly the service from staff is very professional and communicative. I use to shy away from smiling due to how my teeth use to look until I started going to pearls dental centre. Within a year my teeth looked much better arguably perfect and now I can't stop smiling as you can see from the photos. Not only has Pearls Dental centre fixed my smile but they also boosted my confidence so I definitely recommend. Thank you to all the staff at Pearls Dental Centre.

I have been coming to Pearls dentist for over 10 years and have had a great experience each time. The receptionist is friendly , professional and always ready to accommodate my needs.I’ve had Invisalign ( a brand similar to, better value) composite bonding (twice), fillings, hygiene appointments the list goes on and the results have always been perfect. The dentist takes her time, provides great after care and is always happy to help.I’ve recommended Pearls to many others who have also had a great experience.Please consider my review as someone who has had consistently great results over 10 years.

Really poor telephone manners, they don't check emails yet mentions on the website to fill out a contact us form" to get in touch prior to be treated. Really a waste of time and money

I have been a patient at Pearls for 10 years now and I must say I am still happy with the service! The receptionist and staff here are well mannered and professional. I have recently finished my clear aligner and brace treatment and my teeth have never looked better!

I’ve been going to Pearls Dental Centre for over five years now and from walking in the door being greeted by the dental nurse and receptionist, Ms Ilona at the front of house, I immediately feel calm and cared for. Dr Frances and her team are always reassuring and very informative.I also want to give a huge thanks to Dr Frances for carrying out two root canal procedures with great success. Dr Frances is such a gentle person, and I was never in any discomfort during my treatments. The receptionist who i spoke today at 2:00 pm was very rude over the phone she just hung up my call when i was about to book an appointment saying i am unbelievable .I explained her my name and she said she really doesnt want me to make it clearIf this is the way your reception treats people then definitely you wont get customers.
