Sadly I had to contact Sam Dawkins of Edward Harte solicitors as I had a local cleaning firm who had not paid their invoice for 10 months. I was unable to get a reply from them. Sam talked me through my options in detail and allowed me to make my own decision on if I wished to pursue it. I decided I would and forwarded all details I had and she composed a letter which she forwarded to me myself approve before sending. I am very happy with the service and communication. We used Sarah Oram for our recent sale and purchase and after a long drawn out process we completed. Sarah was heartily recommended to us because of her attention to detail and care. We saw none of this.. she always sounded angry and harassed so can only assume this was a personal dislike towards me and my partner which really added to the mix of stress. All our updates and information came from our agents at Jacobs Steel which was the only thing keeping me going as we had so little from Sarah other than her complaining about the other solicitors in the chain or telling us how busy she was. It’s a shame we didn’t see the caring side of her or had any of the experiences her other clients seemed to have at the same time as our matters. Sadly the most stressful time in our lives was really added to when we should have felt supported.
