I think all the previous reviews are for the sub post office as I recognise the 'Postmasters' style from my visits there.. That premises is no longer used (thank the lord) and some postal services are now available at the Library at Cherry Willingham Parade..[just trying to ease confusion]

Laughbale how rude the guy is. I went to post two 'recorded delivery' letters and he rolled his eyes!I only use this if I'm desperate, I'd rather drive to the Burton Road one......

Only been once, to send off 3 large packages. Not too experienced with sending off large packages but still the man in there offered no help whatsoever and seemed annoyed with me the moment I walked in. Won't be going again, much easier to go to the Carlton Centre's Co-op Post Office... where they know what customer service is.
