Great service and good price fixed my door in very short time. Terry knew excellently what to do to sort out the problem.

Excellent service all round. We had our frame lock replaced on our UPVC door and after inspection we needed new hinges and thus new handles. Terry was very professional, he sourced all the required parts in rapid time and did an absolute sterling job in fitting/replacing them. Both back doors now work perfectly. Highly recommended.

We found ourselves in a right pickle when our caravan key snapped whilst holidaying nearby. It was Easter Sunday so I panicked we wouldn’t get sorted. I found VAT Locksmiths on Google and gave them a ring. They were super helpful and sorted us out straight away, at a really great price! Pretty much saved our holiday! Thank you!

Had a major issue on saturday night when moving house we went to lock up and the door just would not after ringing around multiple emergency locksmiths that clamim to be 24/7 (who didnt answer were shut or had HAD A FEW CANS)Terry came to the rescue tried to sort it out with the limited avalabily of what he had on his van he secured our old house until monday he was busy when we called and rang back as soon as he could. He was pleasent professional and just told us whats what and whats happened.Would reccomend if anyone ever in a pickle of needs something sorted.

Can highly recommend Terry. I called him after getting locked out just before 5pm. He answered and said he would set off immediately. 15minutes later I managed to gain access and called Terry to explain. I offered to pay a call out fee for the inconvenience but he wouldn’t accept. Thank you Terry, very professional service.

Turned up at the stated time and quickly discovered what the issue was. The required part eventually had to be ordered but not before numerous stockist had been called and visited to see if one could be obtained sooner.As soon as the part arrived back round to fit it. Further to fitting the new part others issues were spotted and rectified at no extra cost.Superb service from a very professional locksmith. Would recommend and will use in the future should I need him.

Terry came out and saved us in an emergency situation! The lock on our front door had completely broke, he secured us with emergency breakers and saved the day! It was a Saturday night so extremely hard to get hold of anyone! Terry came out straight away, sorted the problem, was extremely pleasant and helpful! Highly recommended. Can’t thank Terry enough I phoned him at 1 am on Saturday morning because I couldn’t get my front door open. He stayed on the phone with me giving me instructions to try and rectify the issue and eventually we did manage to resolve the problem. He was very knowledgable and his service was outstanding. We were locked out of our property when we discovered Terry of VAT Locksmiths, the only available 24-hour locksmith in Blackpool at the time. Terry quickly came round, and his calm manner and professionalism was very reassuring.The fixed price on the website also gave us confidence that we weren’t being exploited. He had all his necessary equipment, so he quickly gained us access.
