Wednesbury Library

This library is absolutely amazing! It has two floors+bathrooms. This library has all genres of books and has a lot of computers to use from. They all have a limit of how long you can use it for, but that is to give everybody a chance to use the electronics. It is well designed in both the children’s area, teens area and adult area. The people at the desk do talk to each other, but when you ask them for help they immediately stop talking and come to help you. They are super polite and don’t get annoyed no matter how many times you go up to them. You can take as many books as you want and have a huge variety so you will always definitely find a book or dvd that will suit your interest.

Loved it since childhood. Beautiful building, welcoming staff and always something going on. Wide range of books to choose. A designated Warm Space, too

Not very helpful. Sat behind desk having a lovely conversation with each other . Offered no help WHATSOEVER . No wonder our local li amenities are being stopped.

Two fantastic events in one day. Afternoon I watched Sedgley Strummers a Ukulele group that was brilliant. Then the honor of meeting MJ Arlidge an amazing world wide popular author. Thank you Jackie Library Manager for organising these fabulous events.

The staff are so helpful and polite they are there willing to help. They host children's entertainment during half term holidays which keeps the library buzzing

Helpful, kind staff who are happy to help. We have had several activity visits with my little girl and she loves it there!Books are in fabulous condition, facilities are also high quality.Great, family-oriented library.

Good staff and pleasantly relaxed and compact. Plenty of information about social gatherings and community events, some hosted at the actual library itself. A short walk from town and also from the main park.

I would say 0 if I could because the computer system is garbage , what's the point in having a library card and an account if all my work gets erased after I've turned the computer off? School computer systems are better than this.

Lovely looking building, parking available right outside the entrance which is just off the main road.As with all Sandwell libraries, lots to do beyond borrowing books, computers available, crafts and there was a historical talk being delivered on the day of my visit.
