Always really helpful counter staff.Went in to replace an expensive motorised valve, they suggested trying to just replace the motor which was a 10nth of the price.Worked a treat!

I came in today for a small part for my radiator, the man who served me could not have been more helpful, he was courteous and even though I spent only £1-40 he ensured I received first class service, thank you.

Toilet started leaking Saturday morning.Arrived at City Plumbing at 11.59am. (Bearing in mind they shut for the week-end at 12.00 noon).The two staff members were at the door ready to leave and lock up.No problem they said....we're here to help. They had to open up the tills to process my purchase.They helped me in my time of need without any signs of displeasure.I can thoroughly recommend this company

Thank you Nigel, Craig and the rest of the staff at Crossgates for support in my Bathroom renovation. They made a daunting task pleasurable and the end result is superb.

City plumbing were recommended by our fitter but I would not use them again. All in all a poor experience. Multiple mistakes with delivery and returned parts.The staff tried to make up for the mistakes and sort the issues but there were far too many for this to be a good experience.

Excellent team at Crossgates City Plumbing, headed by Craig who, along with the other members of his staff, makes certain that nothing is ever a problem .

I have used this company when I’m working close by and I always find them very awkward very unhelpfulSeems like then don’t like customers I never get a good service i would never go out of my Way to go here it really is if I’m working close by meters not miles if I had staff working for me with there mannerisms they would be fired and replaced immediately I am so surprised this merchants is still going I have decided now after my experience today that I will NEVER EVER return back to this merchant Evan if they were giving the stock away for free they should be embarrassed to serve the way they do absolutely disgusting every time I come away I feel appalled if I treated customers this way I wouldn’t be in Buisness 5 minutesPlease don’t give me feedback as I’m really not interested your chance is when each paying customer enters your premises.
