It's OK for cheap jewelry , but it's best save ya cash keep saving for better quality at a better store

The staff didn’t tell me that you can’t refund it nor i had an apology for them not telling me . All they said was that it says it on the receipt but you get the receipt after the purchase.

Very helpful staff. Plenty of time to look around. Staff not pushy to get you to buy.

A good selection of jewellery which all appears to be very well priced. I'd say better for cheap decoration jewellery as service not up there with other jewellers where you may look to spend more money. After looking at necklaces I had to ask a member of staff for assistance instead of being approached, which may be down to preference but in these places you generally need staff assistance. After seeing a necklace I liked I asked to preview it (touch/try on) to feel the weight and see how it looked on, the staff member said yes and went to get it. When she returned she advised I would need to buy the necklace first before trying it on or even touching it... I assume this isn't normal protocol and she just didn't trust me for whatever reason. It's a shame as I was more than likely making the purchase if it felt good on and was happy with the quality and they lost a sale through poor service... we wonder why the high streets gone to the dogs.

I will not enter this particular store ever again. The staff were extremely unhelpful and would not apologise for an incident that happened. I don't recommend whatsoever. Disgusting

Friendly staff great prices

2 rings and from 2 stone fell off, just after few months, ring was used with care, no physical damages or even scrathes, store refuse to repair, only exchange but for more expensive and I need to cover price differences.Funny situation, because next customer behind us complain the same problem. They possibly know, the issues but they don't change process of manufacture.
