Worst Greggs been too, one member of staff serving while rest in back. Queue through the garage door and no extra staff going on tills. People ended up walking away.

Noticed they were selling a dairy product marked as non dairy, advised that this could be fatal to allergen sufferers, staff did not seem bothered and continued to display a dairy product as non dairy, this can kill people and should be taken more seriously.This is illegal and against trading and consumer standards, this has been brought up with the council and Greggs head office.

Poor service from staff member as waited for 5 minutes for steak bakes to come out but had to re queue again to get served once out. A staff member was packing items without gloves wore or tongs used as covid is still around this stopped me buying them

Called for some petrol and nipped in to Greggs for a snack.Wish I had not bothered two hot sausage rolls a steak bake plus a coffee.that should set me up for the day .I moved my vehicle from the petrol pumps and parked up looking forward to my snack.The sausage rolls were not even luke warm as was the steak bake usually you burn your mouth on the steak bake in other outlets.Put the sugar in my coffee and could not get the lid back on obviously I would fail the Krypton factor taskAll in all a disappointing experience but will still shop at Greggs

Asked for a steak bake and it was freezing cold! Asked for it to be warmed up ans they refused. Although I'd been the week before for the exact same ans they were able to warm up in microwave no problem! Incredibly rude staff!

Just another great Greggs. Visited in the morning when passing by. It was rather busy, but the queue quickly passed. Staff were brilliant and our food and drinks were served promptly. Overall very happy with the place.
