This health centre has very professional and friendly nurses and doctors, I feel very lucky to have it as my prime GP centre. Thanking the team for making me feel cared for, looked after and listened to everytime I need reassurance.

Myself and my sister are housebound, my daughter inquired at the beginning of June about the Covid booster, which we both needed to have by June 30th.She was told that it was going to take a couple of weeks to order the vaccine and someone would be in touch, surprise, surprise that didn't happen. After the sixth time of going round the surgery, my daughter was informed that the vaccine would not be arriving until September or October. I have had no phone contact at all with a doctor or receptionist, that do not seem to care that we have been left vulnerable.

Been a patient here since in 1st opened and can quite honestly say I have never seen this a practice go down hill as much as this one. The reception staff are rude and when you ring they want to know why you need to speak to the Dr, it's none of their business. The doctors are not much better you have 2 or 3 that are worthy of being called a Dr the rest are just there to get paid. Totally destroyed a great practice that was built up by Dr law and Dr logan the staff should be ashamed

This place has run into complete shambles it is run like business more than a clinic cash only services is very skeptical for a NHS funded clinic. I request for the GP to contact me on many occasions to keep me notified. Refuses appointments and to contact me on the phone. I would advise people to find a clinic that puts patients first with empathy and compassion.

I have been there twice trying to get an appointment to see my doctor after having pain on my chest for three months. the two operatives where at reception both days were so unhelpful that they didn't even care. No body explained me the process to see my doctor. I had to do it myself online. I will change my GP. They should be ashamed with the service they provide. They forget WE pay them. I have asked why the whole country have back to normal and the GP was empty and still we can not see the doctor.I hope NHS back to work soon as everyone in the country HAVE DONE!
