The installation team were really good and did a very neat job. We are very pleased with the final result and would recommend Electrical Innovations for PV installation.

Excellence from everyone.I had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team from Electrical Innovations, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience and job well done. I needed batteries for my solar panels and Sam at the start of the process was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as I was really not sure on my needs. Having watched Tik Tok posts for many months I felt these were the right people but being outside their normal catchment area I had no previous experience, so I spoke to Ben, his advise, support and honest opinion made me realise these were the right company. I could not recommend them any higher.

Just had solar power system with batteries and water heater installed by this company.Wow what a efficient an professional service provided by this company, the team were all extremely professional and workmanship was first class so neat and no mess.Their customer service was first class all were so helpful explaining how the system worked with nothing to much trouble.I even decided I needed an extra battery and they arrived the following day to install.I would definitely recommend this company having had numerous quotes from a variety of other companies before choosing this one, it was a great choice by us especially as they recently won supplier of the year for solar provider.

Great service from start to finish, quickly got a quote back to me for the work, got to me in the time slot and the tracker to see when Colin was going to arrive was really helpful for fitting in with work. Electrical Innovations installed solar panels for me recently. They certainly lived up to my expectations from reading their existing 5* reviews. Great service, from initial enquiry, through no-pressure system quotation (all done remotely) to installation and connection guidance. A real benefit from using a smaller/family business was being able to speak to the same people (Ainsley, Sam) who knew who you were, with quotation/design and installation admin. Installation team were great: friendly, tidy and kept me up to date with installation progress through the day. Would certainly recommend Ben and his team and wish them well for future continued successful business.

We had an issue with a light switch where it was getting hot and making a strange noise. The electrician came out the next day and was really friendly. He was able to fix the fault really quickly and made a really clean job of it. He made sure I was happy with everything before he left. This is the 3rd time we’ve used them and would definitely use them again!

I needed a electrical supply running into my garage so that i could have a Pod Point electrical car charger installed along with lighting and sockets, problem being that the garage is remote from the house.Electrical Innovations came up with a solution and liaised with Pod Point to ensure the solution was acceptable ie the charger had a sufficient supply .The work was carried out in a day by a team of 4 who all turned up with all the materials required to complete the work; they arrived on time, worked diligently while being friendly at all times. Work completed with no issues.I would definitely recommend Electrical Innovations for any size project you require doing, they are timely in their responses to your requests and undertaking the work; basically they do what they say they will do and will not mess you about.

I can't praise Ben and his team enough. I was looking for someone to talk to about fitting a solar panel and a battery system to my house and came across Electrical Innovations very informative posts on Instagram. After a quick direct message Ben got back to me and set up an appointment to attend my house. He listened to what I wanted and quickly assessed what I needed, quoted there and then and order confirmed.Install date came and he and his team arrived on time and worked to fantastic level of quality and workmanship, something you struggle to find now a days. I was extremely impressed with the finished installed system, and the guidance on how to get the best from the system. The system has been working without hitch and saving me (even making me!) loads of money on my gas and electric bills! Any after-sales questions have been answered within a few hours.
