Nice and small village hall for a group of 50 or less ,got a dining room at the rear and a small room at the side which can be used as extra dining space or as multi purpose room, an average sized back garden is good enough for kids out door activities , ample parking spaces and isolated well away from busy streets but a bit close to local residential accommodations. Wash rooms require some attention .
