Came into today and the man did my acrylics and the woman nearest to cash desk did the artwork and I’m so happy with the overall finish, yet again left the place happy. Staff friendly and welcoming as usual

If you want tacky rushed nails this is the place to go! Not happy at all hasn’t even been a week and there all cracked rushed paint work on the nail can see my real nails under neath

I had a great experience here. The lady who did my nails was very friendly and even though I kept changing my mind about the design she was very helpful and remained patient.She took time and care over my nails and certainly paid attention to detail.This was my first experience here and I will only be using this salon going forward.

Cute Asian lady did my nails today , although I did have to wait ages I appreciate it was very busy as half term and near Christmas , regardless she did a great job exactly what I wanted was friendly and make me feel relaxed which is nice as I’m quite anxious . Second time I’ve been there and I’m very pleased.

Went for a pedicure and the service was amazing, came away feeling like I was floating. Highly recommend the staff who were very skilled and friendly. Will definitely be going again.

Always book appointment and turn up when they say and they say “come back later” every time I go here. Also always very busy money hungry I suppose as leave u sitting there ages

Wouldn't even give them a 1 if I didn't have to. Service was abysmal and the attitude of the younger pregnant lady was disgusting. I went with my little sister to give her a birthday treat as well as get ready for mom's funeral and if we could've walked out half way without having to get into an argument we would have. The younger pregnant woman was responsible for doing my sister's nail and even after she had asked for 'coffin shaped' nails, the lady continued to do them squared and each one uneven and different. When my sister highlighted the most obvious nail and asked her to buff it a little more, the lady scoffed at her and said she knows what she's doing then proceeded to speak mandarin with the owner and laugh. We could clearly tell it was about us. The lady I assume to be the more experienced and owner did mine and although she wasn't too bad I've had better. At 1 point she pulled the skin stuck together with glue so roughly I almost screamed, the younger 1 then began to mimic me and speaking mandarin.We didn't even get a dry spray without having to remind them and was summarily told to exit after paying.Absolutely disgusting service and handiwork!The 2 other ladies that came in after us demanded not to be worked on by the younger one as they were unimpressed by her previous work, so I'm surely not the only person who's had a bad experience.

Horrible! Messed up multiple times on the nails and made me bleed. Looks good but in reality really bad! The workers judge you and are very rude. DO NOT GO
