Nothing to fault. Staff are very helpful. The store is clean and animals are well kept. I went looking for flea and tick solution. Claire (deputy Manager) was lovley and knowledgeable. She helped us not only purchase it but put it on a subscription for us which we wouldn’t have known we could have done without her help. She also offered to help us do Milos Collar ID tag which we said yes to and she was more than happy to help us do so.

Can't fault this place at all!!! We always come here for whatever we need for the cats! Great selection of products to use for all animals! The best thing about this place is the staff,who are always really helpful and very knowledgeable about everything in the store and always give good advice about your pet or what is best suited for you! Would always recommend a visit for all animals owners. Big thumbs up for me

Took my dog into the store so I could try on some and get advise for a harness. I was told they were very short staffed. Eventually a staff member came who just stood there watching as we were trying to work out how to alter the harness to fit. He was of no help at all. I think because it was 5.40 and near to closing they wanted us out.

Nice clean store.Helpful staff.Dogs allowed in.Lots of choice around the store.Aisles are compact. However, a wheelchair user will be able to move around freely.
