Food wise perfect. The staffs inside the store are lovely. However, the barbecue guy on the outside was such unpleasant experience. I was with two non-white customers and alongside with some white customers arriving after us. And guess what, me and the two non-white customers was served last considering most of us are ordering the same food. UNACCEPTABLE

I have just enjoyed the most delicious ribeye steak, bought today from Ruby & White.I was looked after well by the staff and the quality of the meat was above and beyond anything I have had before.Thank you very much to Adam and his team.

One of the best butchers I've ever been to (and I've been to more than most people in their lifetime!). These guys are passionate about what they do, and are friendly and helpful beyond words. The meat is excellent, faily priced, and they are able to get their hands on almost any cut you fancy if you ask for it. I could die happy in this place :')

Amazing meat quality from this shop! We’re able to cook some fantastic dishes such as the five spice rabbit stew and the braised lamb shoulder with carrots and mushrooms. The game meat they have were extremely succulent and tender. The staffs are also very friendly. We will definitely come back in the future~

The BBQ out front (I think open till 3pm) is to die for, steak sandwich was the best I ever had. The gent out front was lovely and left nothing to be desired when it comes to customer service. Popped my head in and will be back for some Christmas beef for SURE. GOOD food

Exceptional Service & Quality.I was recreating some recipes from my Mum's recipe book and I needed a whole deboned chicken. Not only did Ruby and White supply a beautiful chicken, they did the deboning for me, and gave me advice on the bed way in which to tie and prepare the chicken for roasting. It was delicious. I'll be coming back for the more obscure meats in the recipe book very soon.

Brilliant place! We went primarily for a sausage making course and it was so much fun. All of the staff were so friendly and it was no trouble for the butchers to answer questions and queries about cuts of meat etc whilst they were serving you. The selection of meat was quite extensive and they stock all sorts of interesting condiments/jars and drinks. I would 100% recommend you drop in for a look.

I visited the shop recently and bought chicken thighs, Toulouse sausages and rump steak. The thighs and sausages were excellent quality and worth the extra over what I normally pay at the supermarket. The Chicken thighs were much bigger and kept their size when cooked and the flavour was really good. The Toulouse sausages were really meaty and beautifully seasoned. I can't wait to cook and eat the steak later. The staff are really friendly and knowledgeable and watching them work was a real pleasure. The whole experience has made me re-evaluate the meat I normally buy. I can honestly say that I would rather eat less meat and pay a bit more for the quality.
