Put a game down for literally 1 minute next to the staff and came back and it wasn't there and it wasn't on the shelves

Wheelchair access is not a problem however, the prices they give you for games are very low. They also sell DVDs that are not in the European region format without letting you know so check before buying is my advice!Helpful staff when asked a question.

not just lots of cheap old dvds but an interesting collection of classic films i've never seen on dvd before just hanging around in the blu ray section

I broadly like CeX, however upon returning an item which was broken, they did give me a refund under warranty, however I noticed that according to their app, they've merely put said item back into circulation on their shelves for some other sap to buy. Not good really, if you want to maintain a reasonable reputation, do the honourable thing and bin it.

Do not sell high value items here, they hold on to your money and take longer than necessary to test equipment. I can’t comment on buying there other than that one male member of staff is particularly unpleasant to deal with.

Always clean, great place to get second hand games, tech and more. Highly suggest this place. Especially if you wanna sell something. Just make sure you clean it first and make sure the item you’re selling is in the case.
