The service is really fast and the staff is really helpful. I went there for my pre departure pcr testing. No need for waiting. And they sent me the results via email within less than 24 hours. Very close to the cambridge railway station and easy to find. Also while entering to the place you need to wear masks.

Edit: a refund has been issued now.Absolutely terrible. Avoid at all costs. My dad booked a day 2 and 8 PCR test from them. The day 2 kit arrived on day 5 and it's now day 18 with NO result back. The day 8 kit NEVER came! They ignore phone calls and respond with automated emails that are of no use at all. They ignored his email asking for a refund. We've had to arrange for a PCR test from a different provider. Look up the most recent reviews on their main London branch and you can see how many other people had these issues.

My husband and I have used the clinic several times since November and the staff are efficient and professional. I was very nervous my first visit but the throat swab was over quickly and each subsequent visit was just as painless as the first. Highly recommended.

Thank you for a 5 star service, I can thoroughly recommend this clinic. I received immediate assistance as well as clear and decisive answers to my questions in an online chat. The booking process was straightforward and the appt was very professional and friendly. My certificate was in my email box within 7 hours and I had only booked a 24 hour test.

It was easy to book on line and the clinic is right next to the Station Road bus stop. When we arrived, there was no waiting and Evin and Mehmoona were very gentle and caring in administering the test. They were also extremely helpful in assisting us in locating the attestation form we needed for our return trip to the US. We received our results by email in less than 24 hours. We are very grateful for the assistance of Evin and Mehmoona in helping us navigate the complex travel requirements.

I used Concepto Clinic (Cambridge) few days ago and I am happy about it. They help me when I had to change my appointment and they explained everything. It was a professional service. The girl was super nice with my son (3 years old). Results in less than 24 hours (even if you don't pay for results the same day"). The medical certificate (to fly) was accepted in the airport. When I received the documents it was easier dowloads first in a laptop (this is just a piece of advice for other travelers. Probably my mobile phone is too old
